Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful

Live music brings together people from all backgrounds. Treat others with respect. Debate and opinions about shows are welcome. Attacks on people are not.

Do not post or share content that includes:

• • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats directed at any person
• • Hate speech, slurs, or derogatory language targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics
• • Threats of violence or encouraging physical harm against any individual or group
• • Deliberately inflammatory content intended to provoke or upset other users

If someone's opinion about a show or artist differs from yours, engage with the opinion, not the person. Passionate disagreement is part of being a music fan. Cruelty is not.

2. Keep It About Live Music

enc0re is for sharing concert experiences. Content should relate to shows you attended, artists and performances, venues and production, and your personal concert experiences.

Do not post:

• • Spam, junk, or irrelevant content unrelated to live music
• • Advertising, solicitation, or self-promotion without enc0re's authorization
• • Scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive links
• • Repetitive or misleading content designed to manipulate the platform
• • Fraudulent event submissions or intentionally inaccurate event information

3. No Impersonation or Manipulation

Impersonation

Do not impersonate or falsely claim affiliation with any person, artist, band, DJ, venue, promoter, brand, or other entity. This includes creating accounts, usernames, or profile content that misleads others about your identity or affiliation. Parody or fan accounts are not permitted unless clearly and prominently labeled as such.

Organizational accounts representing artists, venues, promoters, or brands may only be created in direct collaboration with enc0re. You may not establish an account that purports to officially represent any entity through the general sign-up process.

Ranking and Rating Manipulation

enc0re's ranking system depends on authentic user experiences. You may not use enc0re to artificially boost or harm the reputation of any person, artist, venue, or event. This includes:

• • Rating events you did not attend
• • Creating or using fake or duplicate accounts to influence rankings or scores
• • Coordinating with others to inflate or deflate ratings
• • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit ratings or interact with the Service
• • Offering or accepting compensation in exchange for ratings or reviews

Accounts that engage in manipulation may be restricted or permanently removed without notice.

4. Share Responsibly

You are responsible for the content you upload to enc0re. You must not post:

• • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• • Photos or videos you do not have permission to share
• • Content captured in private or restricted areas where recording was prohibited
• • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• • Content depicting graphic violence or gore
• • Someone else's private or personal information (see Section 5)

If you believe content on enc0re infringes your copyright, please refer to our Copyright Policy for information on how to submit a takedown notice.

5. Respect Privacy

Do not share personal or private information about others without their consent. This includes:

• • Phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses
• • Real-time location of private individuals
• • Financial information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal data
• • Private communications, messages, or correspondence shared without consent

Tag friends responsibly and respectfully. If someone asks you to remove a tag or content that identifies them, please honor that request. Remember that profiles on enc0re are public by default — anything you post is visible to other users.

6. No Illegal or Unsafe Content

Do not post content that:

• • Promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• • Encourages dangerous or reckless behavior at events or elsewhere
• • Involves the sale, distribution, or promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or other prohibited goods
• • Promotes violence, weapons, or terrorism
• • Exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors in any way

enc0re is an 18+ platform. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated personal information.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting feature. You can report content for harassment, spam, nudity, impersonation, ranking manipulation, copyright infringement, or any other violation of these guidelines. How We Respond

Our team reviews reports and aims to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. We may also use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to proactively detect and flag potentially violating content. Automated detection is supplemented by human review.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and context of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• • Remove or disable access to the offending content
• • Issue a warning to the account holder
• • Temporarily suspend account access
• • Permanently remove the account
• • Report the violation to law enforcement if required or appropriate

We may take enforcement action without prior notice. Serious violations — including threats of violence, content that sexualizes minors, impersonation, and organized ranking manipulation — may result in immediate and permanent account removal.

Blocking

You can block other users to prevent them from viewing your content or interacting with you on enc0re. Blocking is available through the user's profile. If you feel unsafe, use the block feature and report the behavior.

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may contact us at info@enc0re.com to request a review. We will evaluate appeals in good faith but reserve the right to make final determinations at our sole discretion.

8. We're Building This Together

enc0re is a community built by fans, for fans. These guidelines exist to protect that community. Help us keep enc0re welcoming, fun, and focused on the shows.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or our community standards. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Your continued use of enc0re after the updated guidelines take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
