("enc0re," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the enc0re™ mobile application and related services (the "Service") to do the same. This Copyright Policy describes our procedures for responding to allegations of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA").
If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notification as described below. Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will respond by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and taking reasonable steps to contact the party that posted it.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include the following:

If you believe that material you posted on the Service was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the party that filed the original takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, enc0re has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the account of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
