Report a Bug

If you experience a technical issue, please email info@enc0re.com with:

  • • A description of the issue
  • • Your device model
  • • iOS version
  • • Screenshots (if possible)

We review all bug reports and use them to improve enc0re.

Report Harassment or Inappropriate Content

To report a user or content in the app:

  1. Open the enc0re app
  2. Navigate to the user, ranking, or event
  3. Tap the ... (more options) menu
  4. Select “Report”
  5. Submit your report

You can also email info@enc0re.com if you need additional assistance.

Account Deletion

You can delete your enc0re account at any time:

  1. Open the enc0re app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Select “Delete Account”
  5. Confirm deletion
