shop terms

These terms cover orders placed through /garments. For app and service-wide terms, see /terms. For how we handle your data, see /privacy.

01 — Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is oversold or priced incorrectly. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

02 — Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card numbers. Prices are shown in USD and do not include tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

03 — Shipping

We ship to US addresses only at a flat rate of $10 per order. Orders ship within 2 business days of confirmation, and typically arrive in 3-7 business days via standard carrier. Tracking is sent to the email on your order. enc0re is not liable for carrier delays.

04 — Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed, tag-intact items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Sale items and items marked final sale are not returnable.

To start a return, email info@enc0re.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address.

05 — Sizing

Garments are cut to a modern unisex fit. Measure a favorite tee laid flat and compare.

06 — Care

Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered areas.

07 — Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@enc0re.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
